Terms & Conditions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on jk988, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your membership:

• You are an individual natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing jk988 of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You do not have a pre-existing self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion in place with jk988.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of jk988, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not located in any jurisdiction where accessing or using an online gambling platform is prohibited by applicable law.

jk988 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to jk988's satisfaction. Eligibility determinations are made at jk988's sole and reasonable discretion.

To access jk988's gaming and betting products, you must complete the registration process and create an account. By submitting a registration application, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

3.1 — Registration Requirements

During registration, jk988 will request the following information as a minimum: a unique username, a valid email address, a secure password, your full legal name, your date of birth, and your preferred payment method. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it promptly if it changes.

3.2 — One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active jk988 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. All duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice, and any balances or bonus funds held across those accounts will be forfeited.

3.3 — Account Verification (KYC)

jk988 may require identity verification at any stage of the membership, including but not limited to: upon registration, before a first withdrawal, following a significant change in account activity, or at any time jk988 reasonably suspects a breach of this Agreement. KYC documents typically requested include:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or equivalent).
• Proof of address issued within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (bank statement header, e-wallet screenshot, or equivalent).

Withdrawals will be held pending until all requested KYC documents have been reviewed and approved. jk988 will process KYC reviews within a reasonable timeframe during normal WIB business hours.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jk988 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. jk988 will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to ask for your password.

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available in your account security settings.
• Do not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify jk988 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jk988 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Member has failed to take reasonable security precautions or has voluntarily shared their credentials with a third party. jk988 may temporarily freeze an account and require additional identity verification if suspicious activity is detected.

All deposits to jk988 accounts must be made through jk988's approved payment channels. All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). jk988 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency.

5.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

jk988 currently accepts deposits via the following channels: local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, BSI), and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction and may be updated from time to time.

5.2 — Processing Times

E-wallet deposits are typically credited to a Member's account within minutes of successful transfer confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt of cleared funds, which normally occurs within 5–30 minutes during standard WIB banking hours. jk988 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems.

5.3 — Deposit Ownership

All deposits must be made from a payment account or card held in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned to the originating account, less any applicable processing fees, and the depositing Member's account may be suspended pending investigation.

jk988 is committed to processing all eligible withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name and previously used for a deposit on the account.

6.1 — Withdrawal Eligibility

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• The Member's account must be fully verified (KYC complete).
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to the withdrawal amount must have been met in full.
• The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money balance in the account.
• There must be no active account investigation or suspicious-activity flag on the account.

6.2 — Processing Times

E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval during normal WIB operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours during normal WIB banking hours. Withdrawals submitted outside normal banking hours may be processed on the next available business day.

6.3 — Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal request page and may be updated by jk988 with reasonable notice. Members wishing to withdraw amounts in excess of the standard maximum per transaction should contact customer support at [email protected] to arrange processing.

jk988 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Members. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general bonus principles apply to all jk988 promotions unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise.

7.1 — Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a Member's account are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, valid game types, minimum odds, and time limits are stated on each promotion page.

7.2 — Bonus Abuse

jk988 reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel related winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, wagering on both sides of a bet to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, using automated betting systems, and colluding with other Members.

7.3 — Promotional Calendar

jk988 regularly runs seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events — including Idul Fitri, Chinese New Year (Imlek), Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) — as well as major sporting calendar events including BRI Liga 1 season openers, FIFA World Cup qualifying rounds, and the AFF Cup. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and are offered at jk988's discretion.

All bets and wagers placed on jk988 — whether on sportsbook markets, live casino games, slot titles, or video poker — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product or game. Members are encouraged to review game rules before play. General principles applicable across all jk988 products include:

• Confirmed bets are final. Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed by the jk988 system, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the Member except where a cash-out option is explicitly available and exercised prior to the event's conclusion.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or betting interface and may be adjusted at jk988's discretion.
• System errors and manifest odds mistakes. In the event of a technical error, manifest pricing error, or system malfunction that results in incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes being displayed or awarded, jk988 reserves the right to void the relevant transactions and restore balances to their pre-error state. jk988 will notify affected Members promptly.
• Live betting. Bets placed on live (in-play) markets are subject to slight processing delays. jk988 reserves the right to void in-play bets where the event outcome was already determined at the time the bet was submitted, even if the bet was technically accepted by the system.
• Slot and RNG games. All slot and random number generator (RNG) based games use certified random outcomes. Published RTP figures reflect long-run theoretical return rates and do not guarantee specific results in any individual session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jk988 and constitute a material breach of this Agreement. jk988 reserves the right to immediately suspend, restrict, or permanently close the account of any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, and to forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with such conduct.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management.
• Creating or operating more than one jk988 account, whether individually or in coordination with others.
• Using software, bots, scripts, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in jk988's platform, games, or odds to place bets or generate winnings that would not be available under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the jk988 platform.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Attempting to access jk988's systems, databases, or source code without authorization.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing jk988 staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your jk988 account on your behalf.

jk988 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Member's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement, including any prohibited conduct listed in Clause 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• A Member's request to self-exclude under jk988's Responsible Gaming policy.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Upon termination, jk988 will return any verified real-money balance (net of any amounts legitimately owed to jk988) to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play that do not meet wagering conditions will not be returned upon termination.

Members wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting jk988 customer support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 WIB business days.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jk988's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jk988 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical interruptions outside jk988's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Losses caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or internet service providers.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude jk988's liability for death or personal injury caused by jk988's own proven gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by jk988, to the extent that such limitations are prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the jk988 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and data — is the exclusive property of jk988 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jk988 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any part of the jk988 platform or its content without prior written consent from jk988.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any jk988 software or game code.
• Using jk988's trademarks, brand names, or logos in any commercial context without written authorization.
• Framing or deep-linking to the jk988 website from any third-party website without prior written consent.

jk988 collects, processes, stores, and uses Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at https://jk988.net/privacy-policy and forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an account on jk988, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices relevant to Members include:

• jk988 collects registration data, transaction records, KYC documents, device identifiers, and session logs for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
• Member data is stored on secured servers protected by AES-256 SSL encryption and is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• jk988 may share Member data with licensed KYC verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or legitimate business necessity.
• Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected], subject to applicable data retention obligations.

• Age Restriction: jk988 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. Access is prohibited for anyone under 21 years of age.
• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time via their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Members may set maximum loss limits over defined time periods to help manage their gaming budget.
• Session Timers: Members may set session time alerts that notify them when a defined period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks via customer support.

Your continued use of the jk988 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement in full. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you should cease using the jk988 platform and contact customer support to close your account prior to the effective date of the change.

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document identify the current version of the Agreement. Previous versions are retained on file and are available upon written request to [email protected].

This Agreement and all matters arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of jk988's international licensing jurisdiction. For the avoidance of doubt, no provision of this Agreement shall be interpreted as constituting an admission that online gaming activities of the nature offered by jk988 are licensed or regulated under Indonesian domestic law.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement — including any question regarding its existence, validity, breach, or termination — that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties within 30 days of written notice shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international arbitration body designated by jk988's licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
